🔁 Return Policy – AVS Diecast

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original, unopened condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To request a return, please email us at avsdiecast@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending the item back.

International returns: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Mystery lots, surprise packs, or random assortments (due to their randomized nature)
Clearance Items
Gift cards
Opened or used items
Custom or special-order items
