    Pricing & Estimated Arrival (ETA):

    • Pre-order items are listed at their final price.

    • Estimated arrival times (ETAs) are noted in the product description. Please note: these dates are subject to change and are only estimates, not guarantees.

    • Once your item arrives, we’ll email you a secure payment link to complete your purchase through our checkout.

    Payment Process:

    • No payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

    • When the item is received at our warehouse and ready to ship, we will email you an invoice.

    • Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within that time, the order will be canceled.

    • Shipping charges will be included on your invoice at that time.

    DNP (Did Not Produce) Items:

    • If an item is canceled by the manufacturer and will not be produced, your pre-order will be canceled.

    • If you’ve already made a payment, you’ll receive a full refund, including any taxes and shipping fees.

    Shipping:

    • Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment, provided the item is in stock and ready to ship.

    • Shipping costs are calculated and added to your invoice when the item becomes available.
