Pricing & Estimated Arrival (ETA)

Pre-order items are listed at their final price.

Estimated arrival dates (ETAs) are provided in the product description. These dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed, as they depend on manufacturer production and delivery timelines.

Payment Process

No payment is collected at the time you place a pre-order.

At checkout, your payment method is securely stored through Shopify’s checkout, but you will not be charged until your item is in stock and ready to ship.

Before charging your card, we will make an effort to notify you via email that your item is arriving soon and payment will be processed.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your stored payment method will be automatically charged, and your order will be prepared for shipment.

If your payment method cannot be processed, we will contact you. If payment is not completed within 3 days, your order may be canceled.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before your card is charged.

Once payment has been processed, the order is considered final and will follow our standard return policy.

DNP (Did Not Produce) Items

If a manufacturer cancels an item and it will not be produced (DNP), your pre-order will be canceled.

Since no payment is collected upfront, you will not be charged.
If a charge was already processed, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping

Orders will typically ship within 1 business day after your payment is successfully processed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and finalized when your order is charged.
Shipping will not exceed $8.95 per pre-order item once it arrives, and orders will be combined whenever possible to help reduce shipping costs.
